Business Academy of Georgia

Business Academy of Georgia was founded in November 2010, the Academy has successfully passed the authorization and gained the status of community college. By this time, the academy was conducting vocational education programs of Customs direction, working out of standards of the programs, were initiated by the Academy. In 2012, with the involvement of partners, the academy worked out professional standards of Auditor assistant and Bank operator, has successfully gained the right to conduct the educational programs and since 2013, the Academy offered a charming educational programs of Business Administration. At the end of 2013 academy has successfully passed authorization to obtain the status of higher education institution, obtained the right to work out vocational education programs with business administration bachelor program. In the same year, association of professional colleges was founded with the initiative of the academy, which actively continues its work to fulfil obligations defined by mission. In 2014, the academy offered to the society Business Administration Bachelor program, which is being implemented successfully. In 2015, the Academy successfully passed accreditation of Business Administration Bachelor program. In the same year, the academy became the only higher educational institution, which was given quality sign for successfully implementing Quality Management (EFQM) “model of excellence” projects, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). In 2016, the academy participated in “branding 2016” organized by private colleges and gained the maximum rate- five stars. The academy is still actively involved in working out, inculcation and improvement of modular vocational standards and frame programs within the framework of vocational education reform. Number of educational resources are developed by the staff of the academy, for successful implementation of educational programs. The academy aspires to develop and advance professionally since its establishment , offers to the students and professors not only charming academic environment, but also cultural, entertainment and intellectual activities, in parallel with studying process.
